Ya know, sometimes I really can't spell or pronounce people's name when they call in for customer support. For some reason, they think I should be able to spell their names right off the top of my head. Here are some examples of some of the names I should be able to spell and pronounce correctly:

Chaquita--like the banana??????????? Really.

Towanda
